Whenever individuals live together, discipline is necessary and this is especially true of and educational institute. This discipline is formative, non repressive, it leaves the students to develop still control, which is the essence of a well ordered and successful life. Therefore, the school requires of its students to confirm to certain regulations, aimed of the growth of the entire school, and more so, of the individual student.
1 Every student should carry the school diary and I-card with him/her everyday.
2 The warning bell before class is a signal for all to go to their respective classrooms. This should be done in silence.
3 All pupils are expected to be present for the assembly.
4 The attendance is taken at the beginning of the two sessions.
5 No child is permitted to leave the school premises without the permission granted by the Principal only at the specific written request of the parents.
6 Students are expected to show respect to the members of the staff. They should stand up and greet them when they enter a class as well as when they leave the class room.
7 Students are expected to show gentleness and courtesy to their companions. Refinement should distinguish every student of the school.
8 Students should be habitually clean and neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all school days. Student who is slovenly dressed may not be permitted into the class room or even be sent home.
9 During recess pupils are expected to leave the class room.
10 The Principal has the right to confiscate from the pupils books, newspapers, periodicals, cell phones, pagers, radiophones, CD’s cassettes, cosmetics or any other items which may be considered objectionable.
11 No collection of money for any purpose what so ever is to be made and no meeting, demonstration, party or picnic be held without the prior permission of Principal. This rule is also applicable to parties organized privately and /or out side school for selection, promotion, or leaving school or nomination to any post. Under the same rule, any excursion, outing, visit including visit to a cinema for a movie in a group cannot be made without the permission of the Principal.
12 Any pupil desiring to be exempted from P.T. or games must produce a doctor’s certificate to the effect that he/she is physically unfit to take part in them.
13 Students are not permitted to attend parties, or go to friend’s house on their way back home from school.
14 Students will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
15 All letters and correspondence addressed to students are subject to scrutiny by the Principal.
16 Parents/Guardians are not permitted to walk into class rooms or meet teachers during the class hours.
17 The students should behave in a refine manner wherever they go; they should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should always greet their teachers, elders and friends in a pleasant and audible tone of voice whenever they meet them in school or outside.
18 Students who come to School excorted by servants should never leave before their servants/guards/escorts/drivers arrive. In case of any delay, it should be reported to the School Office.
19 All application for certificate must be made in writing. These certificates will only be issued three days after the receipt of the application.
20 Student must take care of their belongings. The school shall not be held responsible in the event of loss or of damage to any such articles.
21 Students will not receive private tuitions from school teachers without the permission of the Principal.
22 “All lasting education first begins at home”. Parents are requested to check the diaries of the children regularly and ensure that instructions are being followed by their children properly. They must also spare enough time to assist their children in studies.
